Consultations typically take the form of open discussions between clients and specialists around market trends, industry drivers and competition, or more specific technical or operational issues.
These take place by phone, or through meetings in private, or in group settings.
Telephone consultations
Private telephone calls between clients and specialists. This is our most popular form of consultation and we facilitate hundreds of hours of telephone calls per month.
We can also conduct calls on behalf of clients who wish to outsource the telephone consultation process. This is often the preferred option if the specialist speaks a different language to the client. We are also able to provide phone recordings and transcriptions of conversations if required.
Private meetings
Face-to-face interactions with executive-level specialists. They typically take place during a day or half day of meetings that we organise for the specialist, and we accompany them to the clients' offices for one-hour meetings.
Conference calls
Teleconference forums which multiple clients participate in anonymously, listening to a specialist speaker provide expert insight on a topical industry issue. Moderated by one of our research managers, clients can submit questions in advance or during the call.
Round tables
Multi-client lunch meetings in which broad industry topics are discussed in a more informal environment. Moderated by our research managers, they are ideal for clients who lack detailed knowledge and are looking for a specialist's insight on a topical industry issue.
Specialist surveys
A series of interviews with senior-level specialists on our network, conducted by us on the client's behalf. We can also conduct recurring surveys at specified intervals if it is necessary to collect and compare data over a period of time.
Market surveys
Wider surveys of a select target population outside our network, organised by us on the client's behalf. They are ideal if more operational intelligence is required as they source insight from mid-level management rather than the high-level specialists found on our network.
